    The Goulache, a Hungarian specialty which means literally a cattleman’s soup, is an inheritance of the Eastern Europe. This authentic dish cooked with carefully selected beef, tomatoes and onions and paprika. A real culinary beauty which will not leave you unmoved. A perfect Winter dish!
Heat either in a pan or in the oven at the temperature of 200 °C. Serve with rice or potatoes or with pastas and some vegetables. An ideal meal for 3 to 4 persons.
