This traditional dish will make you discover one of our grandmother’s recipes. It’s a beef stew cooked with onions, carrots some thyme and the laurel. Perfect for a family diner.
Heat either in a pan or in the oven at the temperature of 200 °C. Serve with rice or potatoes or pasta and add some vegetables. Ideal for 3 to 4 persons.
