A typical recipe from the North of France is a mix between sweet and sour, it’s made of top-quality beef cooked on low heat in a dark beer stew, with onions, chopped bacon, mustard, salt and pepper. A gourmet dish perfect to share with some friends!
Heat either in a pan or in the oven at the temperature of 200 °C. Serve with rice or potatoes or with pastas together with some vegetables. An ideal meal for 3 to 4 persons. Try it with a good Belgium beer.
