Star product of the Canning factory, this Flemish delicious speciality with a lot of flavour, The Pot’je vlees has a link between the “Conserverie Saint Christophe” and the family Van Oost. This mixture of four different white jellied meats; rabbit, chicken, pork and veal cooked in beer stew from the North of France.
Keep it in the fridge at list a couple of hours before serving. To extract the whole from the jar, use a kitchen knife around the edge. Cut into 2 cm slices so that each person will have a complete selection of meat. You can serve it with a portion of French fries, a salad and a good Belgian Beer. Bon appétit !
