Blanquette de veau - 900g

Cooked in a broth of carrots and small onions pieces of veal shoulder. When nearly cooked sour cream from Normandy is added to produce the characteristic creamy effect of the Blanquette. A traditional dish to enjoy with family or friends.
Heat either in a pan or in the oven at the temperature of 200 °C. Serve usually with rice but potatoes or with pastas can be an alternative. Add some vegetables. An ideal meal for 3 to 4 persons.
