Lamb with Samphire- 900g
This delicious dish combines prime emblems of the Somme Bay, the lamb and the samphire, a small seaweed, which grows in the bay. Be free to discover the high-quality lamb, cooked with small onions, chopped bacon and samphire. on the top of that we added a bit off sour cream, salt and pepper. This product is a prefect mix between the sea and the land.
You can heat it in a pan or in the oven at the temperature of 200 °C. Serve with rice, potato or with pastas and some vegetables that will be a full meal for 3 to 4 persons.
