Jewel of Belgian culinary heritage, our trout waterzoi is a true copy of grandmother's recipe. You will find 450g of marinated trout in a sauce of double cream and  celery, carrots and leeks. Cooking advices 

Heat either in a pan or in the oven at the temperature of 200 °C. Serve with rice or potatoes or with pastas and add some vegetables. Ideal for 3 to 4 persons.
