Sea Aster Soup - 900g
Representative of the culinary tradition of the “Baie de Somme” this soup will delight you and you will discover the special aromas of the maritime aster also called "pig's ear" or "spinach of the sea". The taste of this soup can approach a spinach soup. Made with 30% maritime aster, some potatoes for consistency and a touch of cream to give it its smoothness. Warm on low heat in a pot for ten minutes, do not add water. Serve with toasted croutons, a salad and a slice of pâté.
