The black pudding, is one of the oldest delicatessen known. The “Conserverie Saint Christophe” has adopted this traditional recipe so that it can be enjoyed all year. Small finely chopped onions are added to a mixture with pork blood and fat.
There are different ways to eat black pudding. You can enjoy it cold with an aperitif on small toasts or hot (heated in a frying pan) with slices of apples. Bon Appetit.
