The terrine of sheep and sea buckthorn berries is an assembly of two flagship products of the Somme Estuary. The sheep raised on seashore pastures gives a particularly fine salty taste to its meat and sea buckthorn berries that adds a slight bitter taste. A good mix.
Enjoy this cold starter, on thin slices of toasted bread, ideal for a picnic or simply with an aperitif in a convivial moment!
