Marinated Mackerel - 700g

This recipe of marinated mackerels was created in 18th century in Boulogne-Sur-Mer in the first canning factories. As in former times  mackerels are cooked with white wine, vinegar, small carrots and onions.

They can be eaten  cold with French fries or stem potatoes add some of mustard together with a glasse of white wine.
